PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of dimension as well as the yield of production, by a method wherein a mold is produced like as the whole configuration of the vessel section of a cylinder to fill it with a high floawable resin such as high flowable polypropylene or the like while a molded form is demolded by sliding a fine pin and sliding a core pin subsequently. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding mold 3 for the vessel section of a dental disposable syringe, whose needle section of a tip end fine tube is bent to one side, the tip end of a fine pin 3B for a needle section for forming the tube of the needle is inserted into a small hole, provided on a core pin 3A for a shaft, from the side of the tip end of the core pin 3 for the shaft for forming the tube of the shaft. According to this method, the mold is produced like as the whole configuration of the vessel section of a syringe to fill it with high flowable resin such as high flowable polypropylene or the like and cure it, thereafter, the fine pin 3B is slid at first and, then, is pulled out. Next, the core pin 3A is slid to effect demolding. According to this method, the accuracy of dimension becomes very good and the yield of production may be improved. |
