<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the miniaturization of a device by arranging a position between a position corresponding to a mode where the running speed of a tape is decided by a reel driving mechanism and a position corresponding to a mode where the running speed of a tape is decided by a transfer mechanism so as to decrease the moving range of a mode lever. CONSTITUTION:An idler 70 is made to a neutral position so as to move the idler 70 up-and-down when the mode lever 17 is in the vicinity of a halt position, and the changeover of the height of the idler 70 is performed in addition to the control of a main brake when the mode lever 70 is in the halt position. Thus, the changeover whether or not a torque limiter is to be acted between a playing position and a fast feeding position is performed similarly when no other control is applied between them. Thus, the provision of any definite stop position is required, the total stroke of the mode lever 17 is decreased, and it is possible to reduce the length of the device in the longitudinal direction of the mode lever 17.</p> |
