PURPOSE:To obtain prominent film making property and permit the forming of an uniform coating film without spoiling the appearance of the obtained molded form of polyurethane, by a method wherein a polyester series polymer or a polyether series polymer, containing perfluoroalkyl group, and the ladder polymer of organosilsesquioxane are contained in a parting agent. CONSTITUTION:A parting agent consists of 30-95wt% of polyester series polymer or polyether series polymer, containing perfluoroalkyl, and 5-70wt% of the ladder polymer of organosilsesquioxane. According to thin method, the parting agent, which will never spoil the appearance of the molded form of urethane, may be obtained while this parting agent may be used for the molding of high polymeric substance except polyurethane resin, is provided with a long parting life, is prominent in a film making property and parting performance and will never affect the secondary workability of the molded form of the high polymeric substance. When the parting agent is used to effect parting process, the parting agent is disolved or dispersed into organic solvent or aqueous medium to coat it on the inner surface of a mold. The concentration of the parting agent in organic solvent solution or aqueous dispersion solution is normally around 0.01-40wt%. |
