Wine harvest device constituted by a hopper with a rectangular cross-section whose lower opening, of rectangular cross-section, extends over the whole width of the hopper and is fitted with a dispensing device. In order to avoid subjecting the grape harvest to compressive forces capable of crushing the grapes, the dispensing device is formed from two identical shafts 16, 16' with blades, disposed under the hopper 10 parallel to the longitudinal edges of the opening 14, the distance between the axes of the shafts being substantially equal to the diameter of their envelope, and the two shafts being coupled in such a way that, when one blade 26 of one shaft 16 is in the plane 28 containing the axes of the two shafts, and is between these two axes, the corresponding blade 26' of the other shaft 16' is slightly above or below this plane, and these two blades cooperate in order to form a barrier under the opening of the hopper. <IMAGE>
