PURPOSE:To permit the re-operation of a two-pack type liquid mixing and discharging machine immediately after finishing service interruption, by a method wherein a programmable controller is operated by the supply of electricity from a non-power-off power source device upon service interruption to memorize the operating condition of the two-part liquid mixing and discharging machine before the service interruption and output a command to wash the mixer of the same machine while the same machine is returned to the operation condition before the service interruption again after the service interruption is finished. CONSTITUTION:When a primary power source is interrupted by service interruption or the like, the operation of a liquid temperature and mixer temperature controller 3 is stopped and it becomes impossible to keep the temperature of liquid in respective tanks 5, 6, 7 and a mixer 8 at a given temperature, therefore, mixed liquid begins to be cured in the mixer 8. In this case, a programmable controller 17 is operated by a power supply from a non- power-off power source device 4 to wash the inside of the mixer 8. When the service interruption is finished and the supply of electricity of the primary power source is confirmed, a returning command is outputted. The liquid temperature and mixer temperature controller receives a command and controls the temperatures of the tanks 5, 6, 7 and the mixer 8 again whereby the temperature conditions before the service interruption may be recovered automatically. According to this method, re-operation may be effected soon after the service interruption is finished. |
