<p>PURPOSE:To readily remove in a short time by carbonizing or further vaporizing an adhesive adhering to a spacer jig by heating the jig while introducing hydrogen and oxygen gas. CONSTITUTION:A spacer jig to which an adhesive adheres is supported in a chamber, where the jig is heated with a heating element while introducing hydrogen and oxygen gas and chemical reaction expressed by 2H2+O2=2H2O is carried out to carbonize the adhesive adhering to the jig by the heat energy or further the carbonized adhesive is reacted with oxygen to vaporize the adhesive. The method is suitable for use in an assembling bonding process of magnetic head.</p> |
