The invention relates to a motorised reduction gear with a hypocycloid differential, intended for opening and closing sliding doors, comprising several fairly significant reduction ratios for producing its action on cables. The reduction gear is a rotating cage 1 of the hypocycloid type; it comprises a triple squirrel-cage satellite rotor made from a plurality of spindles with rollers engaged in only a few teeth of three chain sprockets with rollers of different diameters, the hubs of which extend outwards from the cage, the latter are fitted with discs serving to immobilise them, which leads to the rotation of the shaft on which there is fixed a pulley with special grooves for a cable, an element of two traction pulleys, this cable is tightened after winding over these pulleys, between the two ends of the door. <IMAGE> |
