PURPOSE:To improve the secret protecting properties by attaining the free change of data which are recorded on a recording medium according to the code conversion table information. CONSTITUTION:This data processor 1 consists of a memory part 2, a nonvolatile memory 3, an auxiliary memory device 4 using a portable recording medium, and a keyboard 5. When the password information is supplied through the keyboard 5, a control program 6 detects the code conversion table information having a password coincident with the password information which is supplied from the memory 3 and then replaces said table information with the contents of a read code conversion table 9. Thus the subsequent write/read data on the device 4 which are requested by an application program 7 are inputted and outputted according to the new contents of the table 9. |
