PURPOSE:To easily develop a graphic processing program, for example, by attaining the dynamic change of the arithmetic type within a program and therefore securing flexibility of the program. CONSTITUTION:An LSI chip 1 forming a microprocessor contains a micro ROM 2 storing a microprogram. While the signal obtained by decoding the code of a microinstruction fetched by an instruction register 3 by a decoder 4 is supplied to a microaddress generating circuit 5. The circuit 5 produces the corresponding microaddress based on said received signal and supplies this microaddress to the ROM 2. Then an executing unit 6 carrier out the desired arithmetic by the instruction that added an operand designating the arithnetic type to a position following an operation designating part where a common operation code, i.e., the arithmetic is supplied. |
