PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board or a circuit breaker having good workability when the terminal board or the circuit breaker is inserted into a bus-bar, and also, having high reliability capable of easily identifying whether or not a normal electrical contact is kept of a clip terminal and a bus-bar. SOLUTION: The terminal board 1 or the circuit breaker 100 is equipped with a clip terminal 30 formed nearly in U-shape, by inserting an opening part 34 of the clip terminal 30 into the bus-bar 5 and pinching the bus-bar 5. The opening part of the clip terminal 30 is locked with an open condition in a given size by using a spacer 6 in advance, so that an inserting resistance is reduced when the terminal board 1 or the circuit breaker 100 is inserted into the bus-bar 5. And also, a display means 6c is fixed to the spacer 6, whereby, it is enabled to be identified when the terminal board 1 or the circuit breaker 100 is inserted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
