1. A furniture combination comprising two couches, which are juxtaposed on a carrying frame, wherein one couch (back couch) (2) is adjustable relative to the other couch (1) to an upwardly inclined position to constitute a backrest of a bench and in such a manner that the lower front edge of the back couch (2) is disposed above the rear portion of the seat couch (1), characterized in that, the two couches (1, 2) are interconnected at their two end cross-pieces (9, 10) by means of respective coupling rods (11, 12), which are mounted each by means of a pivot pin (13) on the cross-piece (9) of the seat couch (1) at a distance (a) from the rear edge and by means of two pins (15, 18; 17, 18) on the associated cross-piece of the back couch (2) and that the lower pins (15, 17) of the back couch (2) are disengageable from the coupling rods (11, 12). |
