<p>The installation for the biological purification of waste water comprises a tank (15) through which passes a uniform flow of waste water, in which tank is partially immersed a driven rotating element (16) covered with aerobic micro-organisms. In order to provide an oxygen supply adapted to the quantity of water treated, the immersed element (16) has a rotation speed which can be adjusted in order to be inversely proportional to said quanitity.</p> |
