In a seat-adjustment means for a motor-vehicle seat, the belt-anchorage element is plugged on one of the ends of the longitudinal-adjustment rail, in the longitudinal direction of said rail, in doing so forming a positively locking connection between belt-anchorage element and longitudinal-adjustment rail. Hook protrusions of the longitudinal-adjustment rail engage into corresponding hook cutouts of the belt-anchorage element in order to ensure high mechanical loadability with low production and assembly costs.
