Sealing arrangement for sealing joints between movable body parts and associated body apertures

Sealing arrangement for sealing joints between a movable body part and the delimitation of a motor vehicle body aperture accommodating the said body part. An elastic tubular seal is provided which is to be connected to a device generating a high pressure region or a low pressure region and the cross-sectional size and/or cross-sectional shape of which can be modified by action by the high pressure region or low pressure region on the cavity of the seal. On both sides of a connecting pipe section which connects the ends of the seal to form an endless ring there is provided in each case a stepped arrangement with reduced outside dimensions and the ends of the seal are attached to these stepped arrangements.
