PURPOSE:To attain the effective utilization of a duplicated constitution of communication control equipment by connecting each terminal line to corresponding processing system so as to decentralize loads and connecting the terminal line to the other processing system if a fault takes place in any processing system. CONSTITUTION:In the normal operation, a processing section 13 of a processing system 1 applies the data processing from a terminal line 33 and the processing section 23 of the processing system 2 applies to the data processing from the terminal line 34 by using the terminal service of the line 34. If a fault takes place in the processing system 2, a storage area of a line management section 12 is utilized as its recovery means and the processing system 1 applies the terminal service to both the lines 33 and 34. A health check supervisory section 11 of the processing system 1 and a health check supervisory section 21 of the processing system 2 inform the operating state of its own system to each other at a prescribed interval. Thus, the resource is utilized effectively and the load decentralization of the processing is attained. |
