PURPOSE:To enhance activity and stability of a catalyst by using composite carbonate compd. of both Bi contg. at least one part of X component (Mg, Ca, Zn, Ce or the like) as a feed compd. of Bi and Y and forming the catalyst. CONSTITUTION:An Mo-Bi composite material shown in a formula I (X shows Mg, Ca, Zn, Ce and/or Sm, Y shows K, Rb, Cs and/or Tl, Z shows B, P, As and/or W, and in case of a=12, b=0.5-7, c=0-10, d=0-10, (c+d)=(1-10), e=0.05-3, f=0-1, g=0.01-1, h=0.04-0.4, i=0-3, j=0-48, and k shows as oxidized state of the other elements) is produced by coalescing composite carbonate compd. of both Bi contg. at least one part of X component as a feed source of Bi and X and heating it. |
