<p>PURPOSE:To position a magnetic attraction pickup easily by moving a body until the body is brought into contact with a stopper by the magnetic attraction force of an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A pickup 15 is brought near to the upper section of an object 2 to be attracted and held, and DC is supplied to both electromagnets 30, 40. Consequently, the object 2 such as an LSI is attracted and held to the attraction surface 23a of a base 23. Currents are changed gradually to AC from DC regarding the electromagnet 40. As a result, vibrations are generated in the base 23, the magnetic attraction force of electromagnet 40 itself is weakened, and the magnetic attraction force of the electromagnet 30 is inversely strengthened. Accordingly, the body 2 is brought to the state easy to be moved, and shifted to the side of a stopper 27, sliding on the lower surface 23a of the base 23. The object 2 takes a rectangle, and is brought into contact with two contact surfaces 27a, 27b in the L-shaped stopper 27, and the object 2 is positioned precisely in the X and Y directions regarding a position on the plane of the pickup 15.</p> |
