PURPOSE:To increase the ratio of negative ions in air and to promote ionization by mixing finely-pulverized carbon, silicon, alumina and yeast extract and sintering this mixture to form an activated catalyst. CONSTITUTION:After mixing finely-pulverized carbon, silicon, alumina and yeast extract, this mixture is calcined and incinerated to produce an activated catalyst. This activated catalyst is mixed with clay for earthenware, and the mixture is molded into a granular shape, a cylindrical shape, a lotus root shape and a network shape according to an aim, a method and a place for using it and thereafter can be sintered. In case of bringing air into contact with the above-mentioned activated catalyst, positive ions are neutralized by being brought into contact with discharged free electrons and the ratio of negative ions in air is increased. Therefore in case of arranging the activated catalyst in farmland or the like, the growth of crops is promoted and also the generation of harmful insects can be reduced. |
