<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a complete deodoring device of an excellent thermal effi ciency using inexpensive coals and utilizing heat of an exhaust gas by providing a mixing chamber for mixing a malodor gas with a high temperature gas and a staying chamber for carrying out deodoring, a preheating heat exchanger, and a hot air flow heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature gas which has been completely burnt is introduced into a mixing chamber 27. A majority part of a malodor gas which has been guided by an odor forced blower 36 is introduced into the mixing chamber 27 via a preheating heat exchanger 30, and a part thereof is introduced into air intake ports 23 and 24. After the malodor gas is sufficiently mixed the high-temperature gas in the mixing chamber 29, it is deodored in a staying chamber 28 having a predetermined temperature and is discharged through the preheating heat exchanger 30, a heat recovering heat exchanger 31 and a dust collector 32. Air from an atmospheric air blower 37 is turned out into a hot air flow in the heat exchanger 31 and enters in a drier. By these procedures, complete odoring can be performed by using coal in expensive as a fuel and at a low fuel cost by utilizing heat of the exhaust gas ion respective heat exchangers.</p> |
