HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT

At large amplitudes and hard mount conditions of hydraulic two-chamber engine mounts, the throttle disposed between the two chambers is rendered ineffective so as to keep the mount soft. These properties are desirable particularly at low speeds, so that on starting or with the engine running out of true, the mount is made soft while it is hardened at high speeds.
