<p>PURPOSE:To reduce equipment cost and raise accuracy in the temperature control by blowing steam into a circulation passage and forming a heating device with a steam mixer and heating the water which is a heating medium by blowing steam into it. CONSTITUTION:The water in a tank 1 is sent to a member 6 to be heated by the operation of a circulation pump 2, and then it returns to the tank 1. During this circulation steam is blown in from a steam mixer 3 to heat the water so that the member 6 to be heated is heated. If the temperature detected by a temperature regulator T is lower than a set value, the opening of a regulating valve V6 is made larger to increase the amount of the steam supplied to the steam mixer 3. On the contrary the water temperature detected by the temperature regulator T is higher than the set value, the opening of the valve V6 is throttled to reduce the amount of steam supplied to the mixer and the amount of the steam supplied to the mixer 3 becomes smaller, and the temperature of the warm water sent to the member 6 to be heated is automatically controlled. Because of the simpleness of the construction the equipment cost is low and furthermore it is possible to provide temperature control of high accuracy.</p> |
