PURPOSE:To obtain the title urethane foam having excellent peel strength, by reacting a polyol consisting of an ester-modified and/or urethane-modified polyol and a diol at a specified NCO index. CONSTITUTION:A polyol (A) consisting of 80-99pts.wt. ester-modified and/or urethane-modified polyol (a) and 1-20pts.wt. diol (b) having a hydroxyl value of 28-112 is reacted with an isocyanate compd. (B) having an NCO index of 102-110 and an isocyanate ratio of not higher than 33.3% (e.g., tolylene diisocyanate), water (C) and optionally, a foam stabilizer, a metallic catalyst (e.g., stannous octoate), an amine catalyst (e.g., N,N,N'- trimethylaminoethylethanolamine), etc., (D) to obtain the title urethane foam having at least two exothermic peaks in differential thermal analysis, wherein the starting point of the first exothermic peak is 230-270 deg.C. |
