PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has excellent adhesion and exhibits resistance to hot hydrocarbon oil and cooling water over a long period of time, consisting of two specified organopolysiloxanes, an inorg. filler, an alkoxysilane and a silicon compd. CONSTITUTION:100pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) linear organopolysiloxane (A) having hydroxyl groups attached to Si at its terminals and a viscosity of 100-100,000 cst at 25 deg.C is blended with 1-50pts. organopolysiloxane (B) composed of a unit of formula I (wherein R<1> is a monovalent org. group) and an SiO2 unit or a unit of formula I, a unit of formula II and an SiO2 unit in a molar ratio of the unit of formula I to the SiO2 unit of 0.5-1.5, 5-300pts. inorg. filler (C) having a surface area of 130-300m<2>/g (e.g., fumed silica), 0.1-10pts. alkoxysilane (D) of formula III (wherein R<2> is an alkyl, an alkenyl, oxime or a monovalent org. group having an epoxy, acryloxy or mercapto group; a is 0-3; and R<3> is an alkyl) and 5-30pts. silicon compd. (E) having at least three oxime groups attached to Si through 0 permolecular [e.g., methyltris(methylethylketoximesilane)].
