PURPOSE:To produce the titled product having unique aroma and flavor, contg. an abundant amt. of vegetable protein and useful also as a health food, by mixing ground raw fish meat with a specific amt. or more of soybean and then heating the mixture to develop a color. CONSTITUTION:Ground raw fish meat is mixed with at least 2wt%, referably 5-15wt% soybean. The mixture is heated to develop a color such as yellow, yellowish brown, brown, light brown, liver brown or dark brown to provide the objective product. |
