PURPOSE:To always send cooling air in a direction in which the highest cooling efficiency can be obtained, in corresponding to each moving position of a lighting optical system, by providing a cooling fan which can change its air exhausting direction and an exhausting direction control means which changes the exhausting direction of the cooling fan in corresponding to the scanning movement of the lighting optical system. CONSTITUTION:When copying operations are started and a driving shaft 36 is driven, a winding drum 44 is rotated and winds a control wire 41 against the force of a spring 43. Since the control wire 41 is pulled in a direction shown by the arrow (d) and rotates the rotary casing 29 of a cross flow fan 27 in a direction shown by the arrow (e), the direction of the air intake 30 and air exhausting port 31 of the fan 27 is changed to the same direction. When the direction of the exhausting port 31 is changed, the cooling air of the fan 27 follows the lighting lamp 7 and reflector 8 on a 1st moving table 6 which is moved for scanning. Therefore, the lamp 7 and reflector 8 which are moving heat sources can efficiently be always cooled. |
