<p>PURPOSE:To enable a vehicle to be smoothly started by a driver in no relation to his technique, by providing an assisting mechanism which regulates a swiveling speed of a release fork in its clutch connecting direction in accordance with an accelerator opening. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 16 connects one end of an air pipe 18 so that it communicates with an upper chamber 16b, and the air pipe 18 provides a check valve 19, orifice 20 and a needle valve 21 in the halfway while a two way type valve 22 in the other end. When a clutch mechanism 14 is controlled being disengaged, that is, when a piston part 16a moves from a full line position to a broken line position by the counterclockwise rotation of a release fork 3, the check valve 19 is automatically opened by suction of air to the upper chamber 16b while closed by delivery of air from the upper chamber 16b reversely when the clutch mechanism 14 is controlled being engaged. As an accelerator opening increases the needle valve 21 increases its opening.</p> |
