PURPOSE:To properly perform the transmission of an electric signal and to obtain good printing, by molding a pressure chamber for transmitting high frequency to a liquid to inject said liquid in a finely pulverized state from a single material and forming at least one plane part for bonding an electromechanical tranceducer having a rectangular flat surface to said pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:An emitting orifice part 1 and a pressure chamber 3 are formed from an inorg. single material or a composite material like ceramic and an electromechanical 5 having a rectangular flat surface is adhered to the plane part 3a of the pressure chamber 3 by an org. or inorg. adhesive and electrically continues to the transducer 5 on the adhesive surface side thereof by an electrode plate 4. When high frequency voltage is applied to the transducer 5, ink is emitted from the emitting orifice 1a of the pressure chamber 3 in a finely pulverized state to perform printing. Since the ink is not directly contacted with the electrode of the transducer 5, there is no restriction due to a liquid kind. Since the thickness of the bonding layer for bonding the transducer 5 and the pressure chamber 3 can be made uniformly thin and the generation of air bubbles in the bonding layer can be suppressed, the transmission of high frequency is properly performed and, even when a plurality of recording heads are provided, the same emitting characteristic can be secured. |
