PURPOSE:To obtain an image having a high S/N by using a specified leuco dye as a color image forming substance for a photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer contg. silver halide, a reducing agent, a polymerizable compd., and a leuco dye represented by formula I is formed on a support to obtain a photosensitive material giving a clear color image and having superior light fastness. In the formula I, each or R<1> and R<2> is H, alkyl or the like, X is H, halogen or the like, Y is alkyl or aralkyl, Z is H, alkyl or the like, one of Q<1> and Q<1> is N and the other is CH. |
