PURPOSE:To prevent a tool from breaking before anything happened by determining machining depth using the data of the defined kinds of holes and the thickness of a plate and also by calculating a ratio of this machining depth to the diameter of the tool so as to give the alarm in the case where this ratio goes beyond the allowed value previously set for automatically distingushing hole making conditions. CONSTITUTION:After specifying holes for parts, hole patterns are selected acoording to pattern items, and also a hole portion is input for allowing all the positions of specified holes for parts to be input. In the next step, whether the machining depth of each kind of the specified holes for parts is directly designated, actual machining depth L is taken as (l), and if it is the one indirectly designed, the actual machining depth (l) is determined from T+ or -L=l using the thickness of a plate T and increasing and decreasing value L for operating a ratio S of the machining depth to the diameter (d) of a tool from l/d=S. And since if the ratio S goes beyond a specified allowed value, the machining depth become too deep to be safe, an alarm message is displayed. In this case, an operator designs new holes for parts and kinds of holes safe in machining and resisters. |
