<p>PURPOSE:To increase the safety of a vehicle at the start of use by providing a means of prohibiting the travel of said vehicle and operating said travel prohibition means while vehicle loaded equipments are controlled in their operations based on the control data of a memory means. CONSTITUTION:When a driver ridges on a vehicle, a control data stored in a memory means 11 is read, and the electric equipments 4, 6, 8 of a vehicle body are controlled in their operations based on the data. And, while the operation control of the electric equipments 4, 6, 8 is being detected by an operation detecting means 39, a travel prohibition means 38 is operated by a control means 40, forcedly prohibiting the travel of the vehicle. Thereby, the adjustment of the operations of the equipments 4, 6, 8 will not be overlapped with the travel of the vehicle, further improving the safety of vehicle at the start of use.</p> |
