PURPOSE:To prevent the configurational irregularity of a product and to enhance the strength of a branch part, in winding a long fiber impregnated with a resin around a jig and a boss member, by pressing a mold to the branch part fo perform molding and subsequently winding said fiber around the jig and the boss part to cut the same. CONSTITUTION:When a branch part 13 arrives the position on the line connecting the center of a take-up jig 3 and a roller 16 by the rotation of the jig 3, the roller 16 is pressed to the branch part 13 by an air cylinder 17 to mold the branch part 13 without stopping the jig 3. The molding of said branch part 13 is performed at every predetermined rotation of the jig 3. After the winding of a fiber bundle 15 around the jig 3 is finished, the fiber bundle 15 is pressed by the roller 16 and cut by delivering a cutter 18. By this method, a steering wheel core generating no configurational irregularity of a product can be obtained. |
