PURPOSE:To produce a tangle (Laminaria) with roe which is hardly separable from the tangle in desalting and notching of the tangle, by forming a number of notches of a prescribed length on the surface of the tangle, applying a mixture of roe and an adhesive into the notches and on the surface of the tangle and solidifying the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A number of notches 2 of 5-30mm long are formed on the surface of a tangle 1 with a cutter. The distance between the notches is preferable 2-3mm. A mixture of roe and an adhesive (e.g. ground fish meat) is applied in the notches 2 and on the surface of the tangle 1. The tangle 1 covered with roe is sandwiched with a pair of lapping films and then extended with rollers of a press. The roe becomes hardly separable from the tangle after the solidification of the adhesive. |
