PURPOSE:To securely fit a printing paper to a platen through preventing a jamming phenomenon or slipping of the paper relative to a feeding roller from occurring, by providing a paper pan having ribs the height of which is increased from a recording paper inserting position toward the feeding roller. CONSTITUTION:A paper pan 3 is provided with ribs 3a, 3b the height of which is increased as a feeding roller 5 is approached, between support parts for feeding rollers 4, 5. With a platen 1 rotated, a printing paper 9 is fed by being guided while making contact with the ribs 3a, 3b. With the platen 1 further rotated, the paper is led between the platen 1 and the feeding roller 5, is fed by being clamped between the platen 1 and the feeding rollers, and is wrapped around the platen 1 along a card holder 6. Thus, the printing paper is fed by being guided while making contact with the ribs, and accordingly, it is prevented from being stopped due to collision against the feeding roller. |
