PURPOSE:To obtain the concentration of oxygen in a fixed level, by controlling the partial pressure ratio between both boundary surface parts of an oxygen richly forming film by a partials pressure difference forming means to a predetermined value, in the case of an oxygen generating device using the oxygen richly forming film for an ambulance or the like. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 17 detects a supply pressure of oxygen gas to be input to a partial pressure ratio control unit 20. The control unit 20 compares the pressure with the first and second reference values P1, P2. When oxygen concentration detected by the sensor 17 is in the value P1 or more, an electromagnetic flow control valve 16 is opened in accordance with a deviation amount of the concentration, and oxygen in a supply oxygen duct 12 is fed back to the side of an air intake duct 8. Simultaneously in accordance with a valve opening amount, a rotary speed of a blower motor 6 is decreased, and an absolute amount of supply air is adjusted. While the oxygen, when its concentration increases to a level exceeding the second reference value P2, is promptly relieved by opening the electromagnetic flow control valve 16 to its maximum opening degree. By this constitution, the oxygen gas of fixed concentration can be continually obtained. |
