The tooth consists of a tip (10) and a mouldboard (11) which are attached to the front of a shank (2) by two screws (12, 13) passing through the front faces of the tip and mouldboard. The ends of the tip and mouldboard are linked by a matching tongue and recess. The sides of the shank's lower end can have brackets (5) for sweep wings (4). The wings are attached to the brackets by bolts (7, 8) which are positioned so that they are partially covered by the edges of the tip and mouldboard. ADVANTAGE - A tooth, esp. for an agricultural machine. Easier changing of worn components.
