PURPOSE:To cause each pallet to be smoothly and stably returned in a condition to keep it in the horizontal condition and without turning over it, by a method wherein the pallet is returned horizontally as it is supported at 4 points by means of chain sprockets, and guide gears, which are positioned laterally obliquely opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:Guide rollers 4a, 4b, 4'a, and 4'b are rotatably secured through shafts to both sides and in the front and the rear position of a pallet 3, the shafts of the front and rear guide rollers 4b and 4'a, positioned on both sides of the pallet and opposite to each other, are disposed across a pair of right and left endless chains 2 and 2', and the guide rollers are guided to run on their respective guide rails 5a and 5'a at the upper moving part and the lower moving part of the endless chain. The end parts of a pair of right and left endless chains are belted around chain sprockets 11 and 11' rotatably secured through shafts on both rails and positioned obliquely opposite to each other at a longitudinal distance of a longitudinal pitch therebetween equivalent to that between the guide rollers rotatably secured through shafts to the pellets, guide gears 10 and 10' of the guide rollers are rotatably secured through shafts laterally symmetrically to the chain sprocket to move them in longitudinal linkage with the chain sprocket, and the pallet is returned horizontally in a condition to support the pallet at 4 points by means of the chain sprockets and the guide gears, which are positioned laterally and obliquely opposite to each other. |
