PURPOSE:To prevent oil from oozing by pressing a brake plate which is a pressure member against a paper web only when the paper web is taken up around a take-up roll. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor 30 is driven forward to rotate a shaft 31 and a gear 32 as shown by an arrow (a) and a timer Tm1 is started. Consequently, the brake plate 20 rotates as shown by an arrow (b) and is pressed against the paper web P wound around a web roller 11. When the timer Tm1 enters a time-up state, the timer Tm1 stops rotating forward and then rotates reversely as shown by an arrow a' and a timer Tm2 is then rotates reversely as shown by an arrow a' and a timer Tm2 is set, so that the rotation of the motor is carried on until then timer Tm2 enters a time-up state. Consequently, the brake plate 20 leaves the paper web P of the web roller 11 to be released from the press-contacting state. Consequently, the oil Oi with which the paper web P is impregnated never oozes. |
