PURPOSE:To enable the attachment and detachment of a vibrating motor and a positioning motor by stopping said motros by the output from a position detecting means, by separately providing both motors. CONSTITUTION:A positioning motor 2 and a rotary driving motor 3 are supported by a base table 1 and a drive shaft 5, which is driven by the motor 2 through an electromagnetic clutch 4 for changing over the attachment and detachment of the rotary shaft 2a of the positioning motor 2, is provided. A belt 6 is trained over the pulley 5a integrated with the rotary shaft 2a and the other end of the belt 6 is trained over the pulley 3b integrated with the rotary shaft 3a of the rotary driving motor 3. An eccentric shaft 7 is integrally inlaid with the drive shaft 5 and a position display board 8 showing an original point position is provided to the leading end of a balancing projection 7a.
