The denture (15) is clamped against a fixed anchor, such as a crowned tooth (13) by a compact clamping device (1). The device consists of a flat rectangular housing containing an S-shaped spring (9). The spring is retained in the housing by a projection which engages a hole in the housing wall. The outer edge of the spring has a rounded edge which engages a notch formed in the front side of the crowned tooth. |
