PURPOSE:To obtain signals consisting essentially of accompaniment sound by detecting whether input signals are of monaural signal form or stereoscopic signal form and outputting signals in which sound signals are atenuated in the case of monaural signals. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means 14 detects whether signals inputted to input terminals 1 and 2 are stereoscopic signals or monaural signals based on the output signals of an adder 10 and output signals of first and second delaying means 3, 4, and outputs a signal detecting the kind of signal to an output signal switching means 16. Thereby, either one of output signals of a mixing means 12 or output signals of a second attenuator 15 is selected and outputted automatically. In such a case, the second attenuator 15 attenuates sound signal component having the frequency band of hundreds Hz to several KHz in the output signals of an adder 10 using a band elimination filter 151, and thus, signals consisting essentially of accompaniment signal component are obtained. |
