PURPOSE:To exactly attain moving picture detection in receiving side by simple constitution and to evade deterioration in picture quality of reproduced image by transmitting TV signals corresponding to the same position on a picture by interlace scanning system in adjoining two field periods. CONSTITUTION:A pair of scanning line are selected successively and intermittently to make one scanning position of a pair of adjoining scanning lines in each field go to the same between adjoining two fields, and television signals corresponding to a pair of selected scanning lines are transmitted in the form of interlaced scanning. That is, in odd number fields, adjoining pair of odd number and even number scanning lines l11.l12, l15.l16..., l33.l34, l37.l38... are selected alternately to make odd number scanning lines l11, l15...: l33, l37... precede. In even number fields, adjoining pair of even number and odd number scanning lines l22.l23, l26.l27..., l44.l45, l48.l49... are selected alternately to make even number scanning lines l22, l26...; l44, l48... precede. In the third field, the first scanning line l31 is selected exceptionally. |
