PURPOSE:To swiftly and homogeneously mix liquid with particulate matter by providing a cylindrical vessel body, a charging port for powdery particle raw material, a discharge port, a center shaft, a liquid pouring port, fan blades, powdery particle dispersing pins, liquid dispersing blades and mixing pins in a specified way. CONSTITUTION:When the center shaft 4 is rotated and the powdery particle raw material is charged from the charging port 2 of powdery particle raw material, the powdery particle is forcibly sent forward with the air flow by the fan blades 8, and dispersed into fine grains by the cut-off surfaces 13 of the powdery particle dispersing pins 9. On the other hand, the liquid poured in through the liquid pouring port 6 is collided against the liquid dispersing blades 10 and dispersed by the centrifugal force. The dispersed liquid is mixed in spray with the sent powdery particle, and sent downstream. Then the mixture is dashed against each long and short mixing pins 11 and their cut-off surfaces 13, and is pushingly sent and mixed along spiral lines specified by the long and short pins. As a result, the powdery particle flow along double spiral lines is mutually obstructed to form a complex flow, and a homogeneous mixture is swiftly completed. |
