摘要 PURPOSE:To surely prevent rolling crack and the thermal stress crack of an ingot by executing 1st and final passes at the rolling temps. satisfying respective equations at the time of blooming a high-silicon iron alloy contg. Si at a limited ratio. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pass in blooming of the high-silicon iron alloy contg. 4.0-7.0wt% Si is executed at the rolling temp. Tr1( deg.C) satisfying the equation 1 and the final pass at the rolling temp. Tr2( deg.C) satisfying the equation 2. In the formula, [Si] is Si content wt%. The ingot is charged into a blooming and soaking pit before the ingot attains the rolling temp. Tr1 of the equation 1 or below; thereafter, the blooming is executed in a manner as to satisfy the conditions expressed by the equations 1, 2 in order to prevent the thermal stress crack at the time of cooling the molten ingot.
