<p>A waveguide-type diode limiter and low-pass filter comprising a corrugated waveguide 11 having a low-pass filtering characteristic and a limiter diode 7 attached to a capacitive gap of the corrugated waveguide, wherein the impedance of the limiter diode is controlled by self-bias generated from the microwave energy so as to control microwave flow. The limiter has no unnecessary resonance mode, and enough isolation of high energy microwaves for higher frequency modes as well as the fundamental mode can be realized. <IMAGE></p> |
