PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an accurate measured value, by using an auxiliary tool having a carvature corresponding to that of a multi-layered material to be measured and a piercing hole capable of passing a cast structure provided to the central part thereof. CONSTITUTION:Solder (Sn 70%, Pb 30%) melted under heating at 350 deg.C is cast into a preheated casting mold from an upper large opening to attach a casting mold structure 11. A piercing hole 50 has an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the casting mold structure 11 so as to be capable of freely passing said structure 11. As mentioned above, by using auxiliary tools 40-43 each having a carvature corresponding to that of a multi-layered material to be measured and the piercing hole 50 capable of passing the casting mold structure provided to the central part thereof, tensile load can be uniformly applied and, therefore, an accurate measured value can be obtained as compared with a case using no auxiliary tools. |
