PURPOSE:To manufacture a polyethylene resin laminate without performing anchoring treatment, by a method wherein after ozonization of a joint of a polyethylene film melted and extruded at a specific temperature under specific conditions, lamination and press bonding of the film are performed onto a base film of a simple film or a laminated film of polyethylene terephthalate or stretched polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:A base film is composed of either a simple film which is composed of either polyethylene terephthalate or stretched polypropylene, or a laminated film wherein any one of the films is provided on a joint surface thereof. Polyethylene resin laminate is obtained by performing press bonding of a polyethylene film to the base film after ozonization of at least a joint of the polyethylene film melted and extruded at about 300 deg.C under conditions of 1Nm<3>/H or more of air containing 10g/cm<3> or more ozone. Lamination and press bonding can be performed without applying anchoring treatment to the base. Lamination and press bonding can be performed without applying anchoring treatment to the base film. Shortening of an operation hour can be contrived without necessitating change of an anchoring agent at every time of change of the base film, and a reduction of manufacturing becomes possible due to disuse of a coating roll.
|
