PURPOSE:To shorten the time for mixing, agitating, etc., powder by providing a treatment tank which is rotationally driven by a floating frame, supporting means which supports the supporting frame freely rotatably, rotational driving means which rotates the supporting frame to the supporting means, etc. CONSTITUTION:The raw materials in the treatment tank 36 repeat the motion of large and small circles and the mixing of the raw materials is executed when the treatment tank 36 is continuously rotated in 2 deg. of freedom as shown by an arrow H and arrow I. The raw materials in the treatment tank 36 are mixed while the sizes and directions of the rotating motion are successively changed. The materials which are large in specific gravity and have the tendency to stagnate on the lower side of gravity or the outer side of centrifugal force are prohibited from staying at one place. As a result, even the raw materials having large differences in the specific gravity are homogeneously mixed. Since the region acting on the raw materials extends over approximately the entire inside surface part of the treatment tank 36, the raw materials are efficiently and thoroughly mixed. |
