An air pressure-sensing structure in a tire pressure monitoring system is provided to notify a driver of an air pressure by forming a contact terminal and a piezoelectric device on a lower end and a lower part of a variable diaphragm, respectively. An air pressure-sensing structure in a tire pressure monitoring system comprises a guide(11) formed at an upper end of a substrate(10). A piezoelectric device(30) is installed at an inner lower end of the guide. A pressing bushing(21) is provided at a lower end of a variable diaphragm(20) installed on an upper part of the substrate to be supported by the guide. A contact terminal(23) is installed at a lower end of the pressing bushing to press the piezoelectric device. A spring(22) is installed in the pressing bushing to elastically support the variable diaphragm.
