A method and a system to install an oil pan with spraying plasma on the surface of a cylinder block is provided for improving cleanliness and adhesiveness of a sealant and for improving productivity as reducing failures caused by oil leaks. To install an oil pan to a cylinder block(300), a method and a system includes a first step of cleaning the surface with a plasma cleaner(320) consisting a high voltage power supply unit, a plasma beam generator, a compressed-air supply unit and a plasma beam injection nozzle unit; a second step of applying sealant on the surface of the cleaned surface with sealant sprayer(330); a third step of installing an oil pan(340) to the surface sprayed with sealant.
