An improved structure of a baffle is provided to improve efficiency of separating oil so that a conventional oil separator along with related parts such as oil return pipe, hoses, and clamps are omitted. As a result, reduction of weight, reduction in number of parts, and cost reduction along with increasing productivity are achieved. A structure of baffle plates in an engine includes a primary baffle plate(24) which forms a baffle room at a side of a head cover, a secondary baffle plate(25) which is installed parallel to the primary baffle plate, a guide plate(31) which is installed over a blow-by gas inlet(24a), a pocket(32) which is composed of surfaces inclined downwardly toward the center of the pocket and which is extended from a side of the guide plate to an end of the other side, and a J shaped discharge mechanism(33) which is located at the center of the pocket.
